Everybody Plays Again

Last year, we introduced our Everybody Plays campaign – celebrating the unique faces, smiles and styles of babies everywhere. We then collaborated with super-awesome photographer and blogger Kelle Hampton to capture some fresh faces for our packaging and website using real Infantino parents and kiddos.

It was such a positive experience and all around success that we’re giving it another go this year. This year’s event will be held from October 16th – 17th – make sure to follow our Facebook page on those days to get real time updates and images from the shoot. None of our babies look, grow, talk or laugh alike, and we think that’s beautiful! In fact, we want to celebrate it, and show the unique faces, smiles and styles of babies everywhere. And we’re doing just that with our new Everybody Plays campaign.

To kick it off, Infantino and Step 2 are collaborating with talented photographer/blogger Kelle Hampton who will be capturing some fresh faces for our 2012 packaging and website.

We’re looking forward to working with Kelle and we’ll share updates soon. In the meantime, you can see some of Kelle’s work and read her (awesome!) blog right here.

Just BeCause we can

Our passion is happy moms, babies and families. We want to do everything we can, in big ways and small, to help moms have a beautiful parenting experience. And why wouldn’t we? It’s in our DNA and an important piece of what makes Infantino. This often means going beyond our products…from listening to moms and learning about issues, to volunteering, donating and working with charities and non-profits. To us, giving means simply caring, and it’s something we do every day, in many ways, just because.

And that’s exactly what our Just BeCause program is about. It’s our way of giving wherever we can, whenever we can. So keep an eye out for some of our efforts, ventures and projects.

Play Unified and Everybody Plays

This Saturday, September 24^th, over 100 countries will celebrate the second annual Eunice Kennedy Shriver (EKS) Day. Founder of the Special Olympics in 1968, Shriver worked determinedly to combat the notion that individuals with disabilities weren’t able to compete and contribute along with the rest of the community. This year, the theme of EKS day is Play Unified. People around the world, regardless of ability, will participate in athletics together to show that playing unified means we can live unified.

Here at Infantino and Step 2 we want to inspire children and parents. Our heart is devoted to supporting families and doing whatever we can to make childhood a time of special growth.

Like Play Unified, our Everybody Plays campaign wants to show the world that children of all shapes and sizes are welcome and loved for their uniqueness.

We’re currently in the process of launching this campaign and look forward to sharing it with you at the beginning of October. No child should feel excluded, and we feel proud to share in the same type of outreach that Shriver poured her heart into.
